What's the difference between 1-to-1 and online coaching?

1-to-1 personal training is in-person, hands-on coaching in the studio or outdoors. Online coaching is fully remote — you receive a bespoke app-based programme, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins wherever you are.

Can I pause or cancel my online coaching plan?

Yes. Online coaching plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can pause, upgrade, or cancel at any time with 7 days' notice.

Do you offer nutrition support?

Yes — nutrition guidance is included from the 8-Session Transformation package upward, and in every online coaching tier from Silver up.
